Materials
- Tule (I upcycled old tulle curtains, but I'd recommend between 8-10 yards, depending on how fluffy you want it.)
- Sharp or fabric scissors
- Elastic
- Needle + thread
Cut into multiple strips, approximately 4-6 inches wide each, but don't worry about being perfect, because tutus are supposed to look fluffy and messy.
Measure your waist and sew together both ends of elastic.
Make slip knots with bundles of 3-5 strips of tulle. Squish them together and continue until elastic is completely covered in tulle.
